Specialty Welding Solutions LLC completed the offload, placement, leveling, and concrete anchoring of a pre-assembled security guard booth at the Kellogg’s Distribution Center located at 3500 Tricenter Blvd, Durham, NC. The project included telehandler offloading, precision placement onto an engineered concrete slab, removal of shipping fork tubes, and installation of stainless-steel wedge anchors per engineered Panel Built specifications. The modular booth features insulated wall panels, commercial storefront windows, HVAC integration, diamond plate flooring, and secure entry access designed for high-traffic logistics operations.

Cummins Rocky Mount Engine Plant – East Gate Canopy Installation

Specialty Welding Solutions completed the East Gate canopy steel installation and modular gatehouse integration at the Cummins Rocky Mount Engine Plant in Whitakers, NC. Scope included structural steel erection, elevated canopy framing, galvanized structural connections, field assembly, and final installation support within an active industrial facility environment.
